BCHL hands out the hardware

The BCHL announced it 2010-2011 award winners this afternoon and the Kings are well represented.  The Kings were winners in five of the nine categories.

Vern Dye Memorial Trophy (Most Valuable Player)

Interior Conference – Joey Laleggia, Penticton

Bruce Allison Memorial Trophy (Rookie of the Year)

Coastal Conference – Destry Straight, Coquitlam

Interior Conference – Bryce Gervais, Salmon Arm

Top Defenceman Award

Coastal Conference – Justin Dasilva, Powell River

Interior Conference – Joey Laleggia, Penticton

Bob Fenton Trophy (Most Sportsmanlike Player)

Coastal Conference – Brad McGowan, Surrey

Interior Conference – Grayson Downing, Westside

Joe Tenant Memorial Trophy (Coach of the Year)

Coastal Conference – Kent Lewis, Powell River

Interior Conference – Tim Kehler, Salmon Arm
